Custom Orthotic Insoles: Effective Remedy for Foot Pain
Did you know that our feet have 26 bones, 33 joints, 107 ligaments and 19 muscles? This makes our feet some of the most complex parts of our body. Although they are complex, taking care of them is relatively simple and easy.
Foot pain may be a common occurrence among many people but treatment and prevention of this condition is as effortless as resting your feet regularly and wearing orthotic insoles. You have probably heard about this foot product a hundred times already but it is possible that you may not be aware of the great relief and help it can provide your feet with.
So, what exactly is an orthotic insole?
This term refers to a foot device designed to restore natural functioning of the foot. This is a molded insole shaped and contoured to the sole of the foot. As we all know, our feet were created in a way that they can adapt to walking or running on different types of surfaces. At the same time, they are also capable of changing structure to stabilize movement. This is the normal function of the feet.
However, there are cases when some of us experience abnormal foot function, which can destabilize normal processes and lead to pain and injury. One example of foot abnormality is the over pronation wherein the feet and ankles roll inwards, thereby collapsing the arches.
Custom orthotics insoles are the more expensive version of this foot device. Just like a regular pair of insoles, it also serves as an aid for our feet that restores natural foot function and realigns the foot into its neutral form. They prevent the feet from rolling inwards and the arches from flattening. In addition, these foot devices also redistribute our weight into our feet and thus, take off pressure from sore spots such as ball of foot and the heel.
The feet are not the only part of the body that receives benefits from insoles whether customized or not. Insoles also contribute to better posture, and give relief to knee and back pains. Ultimately, these wondrous foot products improve and treat a wide variety of foot health problems.
What are the health problems that can be treated with orthotic insoles?
Heel Spur
This is the condition where there is bony growth on the calcaneus or the heel bone, causing the tissue around the spur to be inflamed. A common symptom of this ailment is sharp and intense pain at the bottom or front of the heel bone. A person may feel that the heel pain subsides after a while then returns after sitting for a long time.
Heels spurs are common among people who have over-pronation, who have tight muscles, who are overweight and who have suffered from another foot ailment called Plantar Fasciitis. The most effective solution to heel spurs is to treat the cause of the problem by correcting abnormal foot mechanics with orthotic insoles, which releases the tension on the plantar fascia.
Ball of Foot Pain
This condition otherwise known as the Metatarsalgia occurs when one or more of the metatarsals or forefoot bones weaken due to excessive pressure and friction under the ball of the foot. Women who wear high heels all the time are the common victims of this ailment. It is fortunate for these women that they do not have to stop wearing high heels completely (although, it would help greatly if they can minimize wearing of these shoes) because there are now orthotic insoles that they can insert into their high-heeled pairs.
These orthotic insoles help by restoring balance, and supporting the foot arch and the metatarsal bones. Now, instead of putting all the pressure on the forefoot, the weight is distributed more evenly, resulting in pain-free walking and standing.
Plantar Fasciitis
The leading cause of foot pain is Plantar Fascia, which is the inflammation of the Plantar Fascia, the flat band of tissue that connects the heel bone to the toes. This results in persistent heel pain. Too much stress, excessive weight, aging, and painful stretching of the Plantar Fascia are the common reasons why this foot ailment occurs.
It is such a good thing that with orthotics, you will not need to suffer with this type of condition anymore. Orthotic insoles treat this ailment by releasing the tension on the Plantar Fascia. Moreover, they provide a soft shock-absorbing heel pad that reduces the impact of walking or running.
Achilles Tendonitis
In this type of foot ailment, the Achilles tendon, which is the longest tendon in the body, is inflamed. People who suffer this condition feel tightness in the calf muscles and experience pain while walking.
Excessive pronation is known to the leading cause of Achilles tendonitis because when the feet roll inwards and create tearing force on the calf muscles, the Achilles tendon becomes overstretched and inflamed.
The best remedy for this is again orthotic insoles, which reduce the strain on the Achilles tendon by resting them and enabling them to heal. These insoles also ensure that the condition does not get worse, minimizing the risk of a severe tendon rupture.
Aching Feet and Legs
Orthotic insoles help people who suffer from chronic pains and discomfort due to flat feet or heel pain by improving biomechanical functions of the feet and giving arch support.
Other than improving the various foot problems mentioned above, another great thing about orthotic soles is that these can be worn all day long while you do normal activities. You would hardly feel it is there underneath your foot except that you will notice a great improvement in how your feet feel at the end of the day.
It is not difficult to buy these insoles either, because they are widely available in foot care stores, health outlets and online shops, and they do not require any doctor’s prescription. Custom orthotic insoles are efficient in providing care and treatment for the feet. Just find the right pair for you today and finally bid goodbye to feet aches.#

Music Phone or Fashion Phone? Sony Ericsson W910i: A Review
The Sony Ericsson W910i is lightweight, slider type phone bundled with a range of innovative features like Shake Control and Media Manager. More of a fashion-savvy than a music phone, it’s a wonder why Sony included it in its Walkman line.
The most noticeable thing about the W910i is its weight. It’s amazingly light, thanks to its plastic housing. It fits easily into your palm, despite being a little wider than the average phone. The casing, however, is prone to scratches and peel-off due to its material, though the marks won’t be noticeable unless closely examined. The keypad is just the right size though you have to use both hands when typing a message. The phone is available in three fashionable colors, catering to specific market: red for women, black for men, and bronze for the conservatives.
Despite the appearances of 5-megapixel camera phones, it is quite disappointing that the W910i is equipped with only 2-megapixel camera. (You can’t get everything you want!) Thanks to its Cybershot interface, the captured images are quite acceptable. Even under direct sunlight, the 262,000-colors screen displays pretty decent images. You can also opt to be a little creative using several effects such as Black & White, Sepia, Negative, or Solarize.
An interesting feature is the media manager called SensMe. If you’re the type who packs your phone with loads of music, SensMe will be very useful. How? Simply put, it sort of arranges your music to a favorites play list, even without you knowing it. So the next time you want to play your favorite music, it won’t be difficult where to find them.
Meanwhile, the Shake Control functionality, more useful to joggers or to those who prefer listening to their music over the speaker, is another interesting feature. How does it work? Tap and hold the Walkman key found at the top end of the phone, and shake the handset. Shake it forward to jump to the next track. Pull it backward to go to the previous song. Shake it around and the shuffle mode activates. Simple.
The sound quality is pretty satisfactory though when loud speaker is activated and the volume is switched at the highest level, the music sounds distorted. You will appreciate the sound better using the color-keyed headsets. Though you can change the sound effects by changing the equalizer settings, there’s not much of a change on what you actually hear.
Sound-wise, the W910i is not the best Walkman phone in the market. Form-wise, it’s one of the best you can get these days.#

Heavyweight Smartphone: A Closer Look at Nokia N95
It’s small for a smartphone that’s heavyweight with features. The Nokia N95 is a phone, a camera, a music player, and a whole lot more. No wonder it consumes a lot of battery life and money (it’s pricey!).
It’s a Phone. The N95 is a 3G smartphone in a dual slide design (the phone slides both ways). The top slide controls music and video playback while the other slide shows the numeric keypad. Those with big hands may find the keys too small for their fingers, though generally, they’re comfortable to use. The 2.6 inch 16-million color screen is bright and wide. It has a built-in GPS navigation system, considered a major addition to the phone but not useful in the Philippine setting. Series 60 users won’t find anything new using this phone for it runs using the same interface, nothing new.
It Shoots. There are two cameras located on the front and at the back of the phone. The one in front is used for video calls. Flip it over to find the 5-megapixel Carl Zeiss auto focus camera. Despite the lack of optical zoom, it creates good quality images.
To shoot a picture, open the shutter located at the back of the phone, hold the camera horizontally and press the capture key on the top right side of the handset. There’s a minimal shutter lag before the picture is actually taken so better warn the subjects not to move until the picture is actually taken. Then, another few seconds will pass before the image is displayed on screen.
The images produced are not comparable to that of a compact camera but images can be enhanced with the help of such features like exposure adjustment, white balance, color tone, contrast, and sharpness.
It’s Musical. As a music player, the N95 supports almost all music formats. Sound quality produced is pretty excellent, heard clearly through the headset. When played using the loud speaker, music played does not sound too loud, unlike in other handsets.
Music is presented according to All Songs, Play lists, Artists, Albums, Genres, and Composers. The phone’s music player recognizes new music when it’s transferred to the phone, so there’s no need to update the library anymore. The N95 also supports album arts—thumbnails of images shown on the display when certain music is played. User-manageable equalizer settings are also packed on the phone—bass booster, classical, jazz, rock, and pop.
Whole Package. The N95 should not be recognized as a camera phone only, or a music phone only. It’s more of a convergence of various technologies.
Other features of the device include WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity, stereo FM with visual radio support, 3.5 mm stereo headphone plug, 160 megabytes onboard memory, and support for microSD memory cards.#

Powerful and Stylish Camera
Sony Cybershot DSC-T2: A Review
Warning! Memory capacity full.
This is probably one of the worst things that could happen to a photo enthusiast during an out of town trip. Good thing that nowadays, many compact cameras feature massive internal memory capacity.
Leading the way, with 4GB internal memory, is the Sony Cybershot DSC-T2. There’s no need for a removable storage. It can load up to 40,000 VGA-quality photos or 1,000 8-megapixel pictures.
Shoot All You Want. The T2 is a practical compact camera. It saves one the cost of buying an external memory card (which can cost about 1,000.00 pesos or more, depending on the storage capacity). In case of unplanned trips, forgetting the memory stick at home won’t be a problem anymore. The T2’s internal memory may not last though if one is on a weeklong vacation. In this case, the T2’s slot for memory stick proves to be useful. The memory stick will be written once the built-in memory is full.
Direct Cable Connection. Transferring photos requires the camera to be directly connected to the computer. When going out of town, make sure to bring a charger or an extra battery since direct transfer from the device to a compatible PC shortens the camera’s battery life. Also, be careful not to lose the supplied multi-connector mini socket that connects the camera to the USB cable or else the photos won’t go anywhere.
Designed to Impress. The T2 is available in five colors—metallic blue, lime green, bright pink, pearl white or polished black. The body, of compact silver matched with a black LCD frame, is about as tall as a credit card and slightly thicker than a deck of cards. Since there are no protruding buttons, it easily slips into one’s pocket. Only six small, slim and shallow buttons can be seen—power on, shutter, telephoto, wide zoom, playback and scrapbook. The rest of the keys are integrated on the touch screen.
To turn on the camera one can use the playback (for viewing the images), open the shutter, or use the power button (which will prompt to open the lens in case the lens is closed).
When turned on, what’s noticeable about the display is the assortment of options found around the screen—home, menu, display, image size indicator, self timer option, mode selector, flash option, and macro mode); quite a clutter for a 2.7 inch screen size. Good thing that the display settings can be changed to simple or image only to remove the icons. Finding these options, however, could be quite confusing for a first timer.
Since the T2 is touch screen, one only needs his fingers to activate the buttons. However, there is a need to tap the fingers firmly to activate the onscreen buttons. Or simply use the Paint Pen or stylus provided to avoid leaving fingerprints on the LCD.
Picture Perfect. It shoots fast, focuses quickly, and takes good pictures. Images appear colorful, vibrant and vivid, even when exposed under direct sunlight. For indoor shots, image quality is not as impressive. Some images appear to be oversaturated on the red side, but it’s forgivable. A few adjustments on the lighting will do.
Taking a picture requires one to push the cover down and press the shutter button, that easy. Or opt to activate the smile shutter, a feature that automatically detects and captures a smiling person without the need to press the shutter. A wide grin however is required for the camera to recognize a smiling face.
For the creative ones, the scrap-booking feature offers 16 colorful designs to choose from. It is also equipped with photo editing functions like paint and draw, and artistic effects like filter and blur.
Meanwhile, the preloaded program called PMB Portable makes it easier to publish photos and videos directly in different websites like Flicker. Just connect the device to a computer and the program will automatically launch.
Searching for pictures in this camera won’t take much time. Its intelligent album organization groups the images by date. Images can also be viewed using the calendar mode or by displaying the list of albums. Photos can also be marked as favorites or view them in chronological order.
Verdict. Compact, stylish and functional, the T2 is indeed one of the best among its kind. The generous amount of built-in memory bundled with a range of interesting and innovative features makes it worth its price tag. #

Discover How you can Invest in Real Estate
Are you thinking of investing in real estate? Do you feel inspired by the fact that many of the richest people in the world have amassed their wealth through this industry? Many people are aware that real estate investment is one of the very few ways that an average Juan Dela Cruz can hit it big without having to leave the country as an OFW. Because of this, investing in real estate has become a popular option among many Filipinos.
However, there are certain things that make some people aloof to this kind of undertaking. Lack of knowledge on the ins and outs of the industry as well as insubstantial finances are just some of the many reasons why some people hold back from embarking on this type of investment.
But the truth is real estate offers a vast array of opportunities even for the beginning investor. Mortgages and loans are available to offer financial assistance to first time investors. Aside from that, with the right attitude and perseverance, you can study your way into becoming a knowledgeable investor. Combine that with years of experience and you can become an expert in no time.
As a beginning real estate investor, you need to check out these several options on investment strategies and discover which of these is most suitable to your needs and skill.
1. Buy and Sell
Buy and sell is probably the most widely known way of earning profits in real estate. In this strategy, you purchase a property and then sell it for a higher price. How is this possible? For one, you can let the property sit and wait until its market value appreciates over time. When it does, you can put it out into the market for a bigger price tag.
Now, if you want to take immediate action, an alternative would be to increase the value of the property or site through renovation and improvement. You can refurbish an old house, buy new furniture, have the walls repainted, and fix the garden lawn. After that, the value of the house increases significantly.
Another option would be to buy properties that are below market value. Examples of such as foreclosures as well as properties that are in need of urgent selling. You can then sell the property at the current market value and earn your profit.
2. Rental Option
In this option, you buy a property such as a house, commercial space, or apartment and then you rent it out to tenants. The monthly rental fee can then be used to pay for the mortgage you have taken out to purchase the property. When calculating the rental fee, do not forget to include other expenses such as taxes so that you can have a positive cash flow.
3. Pre-construction
With the wide proliferation of condominium constructions all over the metropolis, investing in a pre-constructed condominium unit has become a popular option for many Filipinos. Buy a property direct from the developer for a lower price and then market the unit upon completion for a higher value. Since you can sell the unit in cash, you can instantly pay for the mortgage you have acquired to pay for the unit during its pre-selling stage.
4. Real Estate Stocks
If you are the passive kind of investor and you do not want to be overworked with having to deal with tenants and mortgage payments, you have the option to place your investment funds into the stock market through the equities of major builders and developers.
Real estate investing is not exactly a new endeavor, at least for people who have tried their luck in this field. If you can discover how you can make money in this business, you may be able to quit your 8-5 day job and live a life with an enduring income from your investment properties.#

Child Discipline: 9 Secrets Every Parent Should Know
Right from the moment your child came out into this world, you have been washed away with a sea of mixed emotions—happiness, excitement, fear, amazement and worry. The very first time you saw her, you could not help but feel a unique sense of joy that you did not know you were capable of feeling. At the same time, you have that persistent fear of what is ahead as you worry about things like disciplining your child and making sure that she grows up to be a person of moral values.
Your fears begin to transform into reality once your child becomes a toddler. You see some changes in her attitude. From the tiny innocent baby, who does nothing but coos and cuddles with you, she slowly transforms into a toddler who begins to know about the world. Soon, you notice that your child begins to cry more often or does not obey you anymore. To raise a child properly, here are some key disciplining pointers that every parent should know about:
1. Do not give in to your child’s every whim. Many parents think that giving their children everything they want is a good way to express their love. But this is the biggest misconception of all time when it comes to parenting. Not giving your child everything is healthy as this will make her more grounded with the reality that she cannot always have it her way. Children raised this way grow up to be mature and level-headed adults who can handle problems and disappointments with more ease than adults who were spoiled brats in their younger years.
2. Be consistent with your rules. Most children of today are very smart and they remember things quite easily. If you say no to eating snacks before mealtime but allow her to have a couple of treats the next night, she will get a wrong notion that rules can be broken. This will encourage her to break the other rules that you set for her.
3. Do not say “no” too much. This word is supposed to be used only for important matters like when your child is about to touch an electric outlet. Using “no” too much will lose its sense of urgency.
4. Be generous with praises and compliments. Positive reinforcement of proper behavior and good manners is always more effective than punishment in forming your child’s moral values.
5. Do not let the surroundings be tempting for her. If you have a child in the house, keep all things dangerous away from her reach. Do not place your expensive China in a place near the play area and expect that you can just tell her to stay away from it.
6. Talk to your child often. Communicating with your child and instilling proper values such as saying “thank you,” “please,” and “excuse me” is one of your prime duties as a parent.
7. Distract to stop crying sprees. If your child cries to get what she wants, do not give in to the temptation of handing her the object of her crying session. Instead, remove from her from the area and distract her to make her forget about it. Giving her what she wants after she cries will reinforce this behavior and teach her to use this to wrap you around her finger.
8. Spanking is never the answer. This violent manner of punishment may only cultivate aggressive behavior in your kid and give her the wrong idea that you can hurt anyone who makes mistakes. Time-outs and negative punishment (removal of things that your kid likes to discourage a certain behavior) are more effective forms of discipline.
9. Spend a lot of quality time with your child. This is probably the most important ingredient in raising your kid properly. Do not allow yourself to be caught up with too much work and be sure to set aside sufficient quality time for your little one.
Being a parent is truly an extraordinary wondrous feeling that you are lucky to be able to experience. It will never be an easy and smooth ride but you will know that all the challenges and problems you face along the way will be all worth it.#

How to Lose Weight in 10 Days: Weight Loss Tip You Won’t Find Elsewhere
Before, the words “losing weight” equated to diet and exercise. However, the modern technology of today has given new meaning to weight loss as we now see more and more people going under the knife to achieve what is deemed as the faster way of shedding those unwanted pounds. Yes, it is what we call liposuction.
While liposuction can be the easier route to a much thinner you, this does not automatically mean the better choice. If you really think about it, the traditional way that involves proper exercise and the right diet is the still the better way to lose weight, as this does not compromise your health and safety.
If you think that losing weight through the traditional route is a long and arduous journey, do not be fooled. The top secrets in weight loss will shed light on how you can get rid of those unwelcome fats without having to go under a surgery. Here are some of the best strategies you can do to lose weight effectively and quickly:
Top Secret # 1: Incorporate exercises in daily routine.
Who said exercise should be confined inside the gym? The moment you wake up, you can start the day by sitting up slowly without using your hands. Straighten out your legs and lean forward until you feel that gentle stretch on your back. Rest and repeat the process twice. Believe or not, this can burn as much as 10 calories.
While brushing your teeth, washing plates, or making a grocery list on the counter, you can balance yourself by alternating standing on one leg. Jog in place or do some jumping jacks before you rush to your office or while you watch your favorite show at night.
If you incorporate exercise into your daily activities, you will find it easier to lose weight, as you do not need to wait until you have a free time before you can start working on those pounds you want to get rid of.
Top Secret # 2: Wear casual clothes more often.
Strut yourself in comfortable jeans and your pair of good old rubber shoes more often. If you are wondering what this has to do with weight loss, studies have found that people who wear casual clothes are more probable to do physical activities like walking than those who are in formal wear like a suit and high heels. If you are in a pair of rubber shoes instead of those painstaking heels, you have no excuse not to walk your way home.
Top Secret # 3: Exercise in the office.
Your boss would probably reprimand you if he caught you doing jumping jacks in the conference room or push-ups below your desk. But this will not happen if you do your exercises subtly and casually. For instance, instead of sitting right onto your chair, try doing repetitive squats before doing so or take advantage of field works and opt to walk whenever you can instead of riding a car or taking the bus.
Being confined to an office desk many hours a week does not mean you cannot be fit and healthy. It is just a matter of being ingenious and creative.
Top Secret # 4: Do not let technology make you stagnant.
Sure, your office mate is just a few desks away but texting her would just be more convenient than walking up to her and inviting her to go to a movie lunch with you. However, the latter would help you lose weight faster. Sure, the elevator saves more time and energy but going up using the stairs is much better for your health.
Top Secret # 5: Snack the right way.
Snacking is one of the biggest culprits for those unwanted fats. Switch your favorite bag of chips to one that is low-fat or better yet, snack on mixed fruits instead. Munch on a wheat bread instead of a white one. Go for natural snacks over those instant ones that are packed with calories.
The bottom line here is that you do not need to wait until the weekend before you can hit the gym and start with your exercise program. You do not need to have a doctorate degree on nutrition before you can have a proper diet. If you incorporate proper exercise and correct diet into your everyday life, noticing that you are a few pounds less should not take longer than 10 days.
Be fit, be fabulous, and most importantly be healthy! Losing unwanted weight will not only boost your self-confidence, it is also a big step towards a healthier lifestyle.#

Italy: A Melting Pot of Art, Cultures, and Peoples
Italy is a country situated in the Italian Peninsula in the Southern Europe and on the two islands in the Mediterranean Sea, which are the Sicily and Sardinia. It shares borders with France, Switzerland, Austria, and Slovenia. San Marino and Vatican City are two independent states that are enclaves within the Italian Peninsula while the Campione d’Italia is an Italian exclave located in Switzerland.
Italy is a nation that is considered the cradle of various European cultures and peoples such as Romans and Etruscans. Rome, the capital of Italy, is the birthplace of Renaissance, Vitruvian Man, astronomy, heliocentrism, modern science, opera, and the Western civilization.
Italy, which has a democratic republic, is a developed country that has the eight-highest quality of life index rating and the seventh-largest nominal Gross Domestic Product in the world. It is also the founding member of world-renowned organizations such as European Union (EU) after signing the Treaty of Rome in 1957, and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO).
People
In 2008, Italian population reached over 60 million, making it the country with the fourth-largest population in the European Union and the 23rd most populated nation in the world. It has a population density of 199.2 persons per square kilometer, which is the fifth highest in the European Union. Half of the total population resides in Northern Italy, which has the highest population density in the entire country.
Many Italians are native-born. However, there are small groups of German Italians, French-Italians, Slovene-Italians, Albanian Italians, and Greek-Italians. Majority of the people are of Roman Catholic religion but a few are Protestant, Jewish and Muslim.
Geography
Located in the Southern Europe, Italy is a long peninsula, shaped like that of a boot, with a total area of 301,230 km², 294,020 km² of which is land while 7,210 km² is water. Italy has a coastline and border of 7,600 km on the Adriatic, Ionian, and Tyrrhenian seas. It shares a 488 km border with France, 430 km border with Austria, 232 km border with Slovenia and Switzerland, 39 km border with San Marino, and 3.2 km border with Vatican City.
The Apennine Mountains is Italy’s south boundary while the Alps form its north. Garda is the largest lake in north running 143 sq mi and Trasimeno Lake is the largest in Central Italy. The Po, which is Italy’s primary river, extends from the Alps to the great Padan plain to the Adriatic Sea.
History
Italy has inhabitants since the Paleolithic period or the Old Stone Age. The earliest settlers in this country were the ancient Greeks who arrived in the 8thCentury BC. The Etruscan civilization and Roman Empire that followed had the biggest influence in this country and the rest of Europe in terms of religion, culture, heritage and language.
When the Roman Empire collapsed in the 6th century AD, Italy encountered different battles with other countries who desired to invade this powerful nation. The Franks occupied Italy in 774 and became a part of the Holy Roman Empire that was later known as the Holy Roman Germanic Empire. During this time, the central state of the Vatican was created.
During the year 1000, Italy’s population and economy boomed through the formation of powerful city-states like Sicily, Naples and Venice. However, when the 14th century arrived, the Black Death, also known as the Bubonic Plague cast a negative and dark shadow over this nation. UK Fire Protection: How to Use a Fire Extinguisher the Right Way
Fire is one of the most devastating tragedies that anyone can ever experience. It is for this reason that many home and business owners in the UK strive to protect their families and employees from the dangers of a fire accident by equipping their homes and businesses with high quality firefighting devices such as fire extinguishers.
The fire extinguisher is a very efficient tool that can combat small and incipient flames before they become out of control. However, some extinguisher owners fail to inform people around them about the proper usage of this device. Even if you have a state of the art extinguisher, if you do not know how to use it, then it is no use. Learning how to use this device is as easy as remembering this word, “PASS”
P stands for Pull the Safety Pin
The first step in using the extinguisher is to pull the safety pin located near the nozzle of the device.
A means Aim for the Base of the Fire
After this, point the nozzle at the base of the fire and not at the flames so that you can extinguish it more effectively.
S refers to Squeeze the Lever Gently
This method would release the extinguishing agent into the flames.
S means Sweep from Side to Side
Make a sweeping motion for one side to another to extinguish the flames thoroughly. Repeat the process until the fire is completely out.
Learning how to use a fire extinguisher properly is very important, as this can save lives, minimize damages, and prevent injuries. Do not wait for an actual fire situation before you think about studying how to operate this device. It is always better prepared than sorry.#
